12 Overreactions to Week 5 Fantasy Football (+Week 6 Waiver Targets)

📋 Four teams are on bye in Week 6 — Bengals, Lions, Dolphins and Vikings — which means a lot of lineups are about to have holes in them. We’re getting you ready, plus overreacting to Week 5 and figuring out what’s real.

Kendall and Pete open with Overreaction Monday. Not being able to get a second-round pick for Marvin Harrison Jr. in dynasty. Whether Michael Wilson is the Marvin Harrison Jr. of the Cardinals. Whether the Commanders outsourced clock management to AI, plus general Washington-Giants fallout. The Packers’ new playbook being “Christian Watson and Matthew Golden are down there somewhere.” Drake Maye having the worst three-game start to an MVP season ever. And whether the Chase Brown experiment is officially over. Plus Imagine That, presented by Xfinity Shield, on Rico Dowdle taking a Caribbean vacation that lasts until January and what that means for Jaylen Warren.

Then Real Football vs. Fake Football with former NFL offensive coordinator Scott Turner — whether the 49ers are Super Bowl favorites or whether the injuries catch up to them, whether the NFC East is officially the worst division in football and who actually wins it, and whether the Vikings deserve to be taken seriously as contenders.

Then It’s Not Me, It’s You, with Pete going at Sean Payton and Kendall going at the entire NFC East.

Then the Week 6 waiver wire with four teams on bye. Aaron Rodgers and Jalon Daniels at quarterback. Woody Marks, Kendre Miller, Dameon Pierce and Seth McGowan at running back. Makai Lemon, Darius Cooper, Germie Bernard, Christian Kirk, Efton Chism and Kyle Williams at receiver. And Brenton Strange and Pat Freiermuth at tight end.
